Jeremiah's Italian Ice

I left there about 30min ago, I walked in and there was immediately no one at the front. As soon as someone came out to take my order, this young lady’s entire demeanor was off. She was leaning up against the register screen and had an attitude the whole time I ordered. She was about to hand me my icecream when I asked nicely if she can add cookie crumbles on it as well. She rolled her eyes at me and paused for a good 10 seconds and didn’t say a word. I then stated if it was a problem to just leave it. Again, she didn’t say a word and handed me my ice-cream. Soon after she hands it back she then explains she’d have to charge me again, i stated that was fine if she did. She left who knows where and never came back, I stood at the front waiting. Eventually, i just left. I understand people have bad days but, this experience made me feel like my presence was such an inconvenience for her. Other than that incident , my cookie butter icecream was great. (,:

The place was huge. The ice was delicious but it needed a little wiping down but you can’t blame the one single high school/college kid working. Went in at 3 & it got pretty busy with bunch elementary kids and their parents with one girl in there by herself. Company should be ashamed. Work two kids at a time specially at that hour.

My wife shared this little gem with me when she visited a few weeks ago. So naturally on my visit I grabbed my google review partner ( my mother in law) and off we went. Now I am familiar with a variety of Italian/water ice as I live up north but this definitely is at the top. Tons of flavor of Italian ice to choose from and the ice cream they mix in the gelati is awesome. Rich and creamy, it doesn’t even need the Italian ice ( but of course that’s not fun) I chose the Froggy Frog Italian ice mixed with Horacho ice. The Froggy Frog is a mint chocolate chip Italian ice with TONS of mini chocolate chips sprinkle all around. Each spoonful was full of chips. The Horacho was a vanilla, almond, cinnamon flavor ( at least that is what I remember the server telling me). Who cares bc it was out of this world. My MIL got a gelati with vanilla ice cream, mixed with two flavors of ice , coconut and lemon. Neither would have been my first choice but after tasting it WOW , I need me some of that coconut ice. The staff was super friendly, gave us a few samples before we decided and answered all of our questions with a smile. The interior of the store is clean, bright and vibrant. They also have a huge patio area outside to enjoy you treat and it was nicely lit with some outdoor lighting and picket fence. If in Naples, please don’t miss this refreshing treat. Whether after dinner or just a cool treat on a hot afternoon, you won’t be disappointed.
